Another provocative artwork featuring a pop-culture figure to push the message. The artwork is typical Banksy style, a black and white stencil; the only exception is the focal point, the officer's blue-latex gloves.
 
Banksy drives the point home in a storyline; a law enforcement official has stopped Dorothy without probable cause. The officer is handling the basket, searching for something wearing the blue-latex gloves. Dorothy and Toto are both stressed and the endeavour to get home is delayed by the unnecessary search.
 
The image makes us reflect on the connection of innocent fantasy with a more brutal figure of the real world that deals with the seedy underbelly of society. We see it everywhere and many people are subjected to similar situations every day.  Have we become numb to it or has the world has gone crazy?
